I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. When my wife fell ill during our stay, they went above and beyond to assist us and ensure her recovery. The owner even personally guided us and provided us with the necessary support. Moreover, the hotel staff was available 24/7, as they promptly responded to our calls at 3:00 am. I was very impressed with their level of care and service. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything from the check-in process to the cleanliness of the rooms was perfect. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this property.

The gym facilities at the hotel could be improved.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. They were very helpful, especially during a medical emergency we had during our stay. the owner personally came to assist us and guided us through the process of getting medical help. the reception staff was available 24/7 and always ready to help, even in the middle of the night. This level of attentive and caring service was truly impressive. the hotel location is also a major plus. It is conveniently situated in a key area, making it easy to access various attractions and facilities nearby. We found it convenient to explore the surroundings and visit nearby restaurants and shops. It was great to have everything within reach without having to travel too far. Definitely a huge advantage for those who want to make the most of their stay and explore the area.
